Now, if there is really no other way but tosend people for training out of town, you’ll need to find temporary housing foryour trainees. Hotels are the easiest to contact, but they are not always thebest when it comes to the price.

Be strategic with the peoplethat you send to training sessions

You have to make sure that the person that you select has the necessary teaching skills to impart their learning to other members of your organization. This does not necessarily mean that you automatically choose to send the best performing person. Remember, the smartest or the most effective at the job are not always the best teachers.

Bringing in new knowledge to your organization is important. This might be costly initially, but this will effectively ensure your continuous relevance in the niche that you are targeting.
