Residents are encouraged to come support the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Altadena by dining at El Patrón Mexican Restaurant. Relay For Life is a community event that honors cancer survivors, current cancer patients and caregivers. Relay also pays tribute to those who have lost their battle with cancer.

Dine at El Patrón in Altadena on May 27th between the hours of 5 and 9 p.m. and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to Relay for Life Altadena. No flyer necessary.

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is an overnight community celebration where individuals and teams camp-out, barbecue, dance and take turns walking around a track relay-style to raise funds to fight cancer. At nightfall, participants will light hundreds of luminaria around the track in a moving ceremony to honor cancer survivors, as well as friends and family members lost to the disease. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Altadena is Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Farnsworth Park.

For more information about Relay for Life Altadena, visit www.relayforlife.org/altadenaca or visit the American Cancer Society’s website at cancer.org.
