The Rotary Club Pasadena held is annual Community Grants Awards at its lunch meeting on Wednesday, April 27. The Rotary Club Pasadena 2015/2016 Grants were focused on Veterans and at-risk and/or developmentally disabled children age 18 and under.

At the presentation, a total of $38,500 in grants was given to 21 local community organizations, which include: American Legion Post 13; Young and Healthy; Light Bringer Project; Learning Works Charter School; A Noise Within; Foothill Family Services; L.A. Children’s Chorus; Planned Parenthood; Convalescent Aid Society; Boys and Girls Club; Pacific Clinics; Door of Hope; Professional Child Development Associates; Hathaway Sycamores; College Access Plan; Union Station; Ability First; Outward Bound Adventures; Hillsides; Ronald McDonald House; and PCC Foundation.

Colleen Carey served as the chair of the Grants Committee with Co-Chairs Debi Kroman and Catherine Haskett Hany.
