Rarely at a loss for words, George Fasching, the well-known former Mayor and exceptional cleaner of Arcadia’s Horseless carriages, makes his position crystal clear on the new voting districts for April’s election. The sign outside his car wash in Arcadia clearly points out that he is not amused. With the advent of turning Arcadia into districts, it seems a great number of Arcadia residents cannot vote. For one candidate, even his own campaign manager cannot vote due to his resides outside that particular district.
