A woman was shot and killed Monday in Rosemead, authorities said.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a shooting around 6:15 a.m. in the 2400 block of Strathmore Avenue.
The woman was transported to a hospital and was pronounced dead, according to the LASD.
Lt. Steve DeJong was the lead investigator on the case.
