LA County Public Works is hosting an event Saturday to help residents properly dispose of used motor oil and oil filters.
Residents will receive one free new oil filter by bringing in a used oil filter. Recycling motor oil and filters
helps the environment and keeps water clean, according to LA County Public Works.
The event will be held at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Alhambra (800 E. Valley Blvd.) on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
