Man suffering from schizophrenia goes missing in Woodland Hills

Authorities Thursday sought the public’s help to locate a 47-year-old man with schizophrenia who was reported missing in Woodland Hills.

Brian Steven Gorman was last seen on May 1 in the 22000 block of Erwin Street, near Topanga Canyon Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Gorman is white, 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair, a beard and several missing teeth.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
