Man reported missing from Long Beach care facility

Police sought the public’s help to find a 48-year-old man who suffers from undisclosed medical conditions who was reported missing after he walked away from his care facility in Long Beach on Friday.

David Quiroz was last seen about noon at the facility located in the 1000 block of Walnut Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Quiroz left the facility on foot and “likes to frequent local convenience stores,” according to police. The LBPD also noted he has been reported missing before and has been located previously in the surrounding area.

Quiroz is Hispanic, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black sweatpants.
