At least three people were injured in a collision involving a Foothill Transit bus and multiple cars Friday evening in Baldwin Park.

One person was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and two others were hospitalized with minor to moderate injuries, according to broadcast reports.

The collision was reported just before 9 p.m. near Ramona Boulevard and Downing Avenue and debris from the crash was strewn along both streets and onto nearby Metrolink train tracks.

Video footage from the scene showed the windshield on the driver’s side of the Foothill Transit bus was shattered.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
