A shooting victim was found dead in a car Wednesday morning in the South Los Angeles area.
Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were sent to the area of West 94th Street and Budlong Avenue just before 9 a.m. and found the man sitting in a car parked along the north curb of West 94th Street, according to the sheriff’s department.
The man, who was not immediately identified, appeared to have been shot during the night or early morning hours and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a sheriff’s department statement.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect description was released.
