Brantley Gutierrez + Ryan Heffington Team Up with Emma Stone for Wil Butler’s “Anna”

Director(and LA CANVAS Magazine cover photographer)  Brantley Gutierrez  has teamed up with choreographer Ryan Heffington (the mastermind behind Sia’s “Chandelier”) to collaborate on a 4-minute video for Wil Butler’s “Anna”—the second single off the Arcade Fire instrumentalist’s debut solo LP, Policy.

The zany, dream-like short was shot at the RMS Queen Mary and is meant to be a reinterpretation of the vessel’s infamous ghost story.  “Anna” features Emma Stone sauntering, spinning, eating money, and licking sailors—arguably her best role to date.
