Mayfield Senior School Announces New Head of School

Mayfield Senior School has appointed Mrs. Kate Morin as its new Head of School, effective July 1, 2015. The search for a new leader began after Mrs. Rita McBride announced her decision to end her tenure, last winter. Kate comes to Mayfield from Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart in Bethesda, Maryland where she has served as Head of the Upper School for seven years. Prior to her term at Stone Ridge School, Kate served in various teaching and leadership roles for ten years at Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC. Kate is a faith-filled leader and experienced educator who is passionate about all-girls Catholic education.
