The Pasadena City College Learning Assistance Center recently partnered with Smarthinking, Inc. to launch freeonline tutoring services that students can access 24 hours a day.
This online service is intended to complement the college’s in-person, peer-tutoring programs. Students can immediately connect and interact with a live tutor, and schedule a personal session with a tutor ofchoice. Students can also submit a question and receive a reply from a tutor, or even submit a paper for review.
Online tutors are available for a wide range of subjects, including writing (for any subject), mathematics (basic math through calculus II), accounting, statistics, economics, biology, anatomy and physiology, physics, chemistry, and Spanish.
