Local businesses help give Monrovia its small-town feel with stores and restaurants you can’t find anywhere else. There will be special events both days. On Nov. 23 Santa will arrive in Old Town at 10 a.m. There will be drawings, music, and in-store specials all day long on Nov. 24.
