Parkinson’s Disease and Deep Brain Stimulation Seminar in Arcadia

Are medications not adequately controlling your Parkinson’s disease or essential tremor symptoms? Arcadia Senior Services, in partnership with Neurosearch, is having Dr. Igor Fineman and Jennifer Birch as guest speakers on June 15 at 1:30 p.m. It will take place at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive. This free seminar will discuss Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapy. This therapy has been proven over the past 15 years to be an effective treatment option for symptoms of Parkinson’s disease and essential tremors. You will learn about the latest advancements to DBS including risks and benefits. This program is for individuals age 50 and over.
