The City of Arcadia is participating in the Landlord Outreach, Education, and Incentive Program which aims to identify landlords interested in renting units to people experiencing homelessness. This supports local landlords with reliable income streams and shortens the time it takes someone to move into permanent housing once they have a voucher. The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) is partnering with Union Station Homeless Services, SGA Marketing, and the City of Arcadia to carry out this outreach.

SGVCOG asks rental property owners and managers in San Gabriel Valley to participate in a survey before Oct. 31 for a chance to win a $25 Visa gift card. Visit bit.ly/33Fj271 for the survey. This survey is intended to help SGVCOG better understand the needs and desires of rental property owners and managers of San Gabriel Valley and should take no more than five minutes to complete.
