New AAUW Season

The Pasadena branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) begins a new season with a general meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Women’s City Club of Pasadena, 160 N. Oakland Ave.

The group will welcome the new President Suzanne Burger and hear Carolyn Karpin’s report on Tech Trek. Martha Wheelock will also present her film on Inez Milholland, leader in the fight for women’s right to vote.

Luncheon cost is $20. Reservations must be made by Sept. 9 to Gloria Reynolds by calling (626) 798-3896 or via email to gloriareynolds4588@att.net.
