Halloween is around the corner and Arcadia Recreation & Community Services Department is having a virtual costume contest for the whole family. Submit a photo and entry form at ArcadiaCA.gov/recreation by Oct. 30 at 10:30 a.m. for a chance to win a $50 gift card.
Winners will be showcased on the city’s website and Twitter by 5 p.m. that day. For more information, call the Recreation Office at (626) 574-5113.
