The City of Arcadia held municipal elections for City Council Districts 1 and 4 on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. The tally below represents the total ballots collected and counted on Election Day. The unofficial results of the contest show the following results:

District 1:
April A. Verlato – 62.09% (842 votes)
Yuli J. Sira – 37.91% (514 votes)

District 4:
Paul P. Cheng – 64.3% (1,077 votes)
Peter Amundson – 35.7% (598 votes)

The County of Los Angeles conducted the election on behalf of the City of Arcadia and is expected to certify the results in the comings days after all ballots postmarked on Election Day have been received and counted. To view the County’s election results click here.
