This Saturday the City of Monrovia is celebrating the city’s last ‘public art’ project in front of the Krikorian Theatre at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Refreshments will be served and you’ll have an opportunity to meet the artist Daniel Stern behind the camera (so to speak).
