832 Students Graduate from Arcadia High Thursday Evening

The Arcadia High School Class of 2016 has students that were accepted into every Ivy League University in the country, which includes Harvard, Princeton, and Yale. Two Arcadia High graduates will be attending Harvard, two will be going to Yale, and one will be studying at Princeton in the fall.

Four Arcadia High students were accepted to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and one will be attending. Five Apaches were accepted to the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and three will be attending.

Two students will be attending Stanford, and 33 of the 69 accepted will be headed to Berkeley in the fall.

36 students were accepted into the University of Southern California (USC), of which a dozen will be attending. 18 students will become Bruins at UCLA next year of the 59 that were accepted.

Other schools of note that Arcadia High graduates will be attending in the fall include the following:
Amherst, Carnegie Mellon, Claremont McKenna, Duke, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, New York University, Scripps, Syracuse, and Westmont.

ACT: 29, (national average: 21)
97.3 % going to college (67.3% 4-year, 30% 2-year, 2.7% Military, Trade School, Year Off)
