Measure A Semi-Official Election Returns are in according to latest figures from AUSD.
A – EDUCATION PARCEL TAX – YES 6,199 67.61
NO 2,970 32.39
Out of 28, 616 registered voters only one third botherd to vote on this measure . There are 45 precincts.
The Measure needed two-thirds (66.7%) Yes votes from the more than 9,000 votes cast in order to be approved.When the results came it was apparent that the measure passed barely by less than 1%.
