Top Ten Tips to Keep Your Brain Young

Now that the holidays are over, it is time to get fit-not just in body but also in mind!
The public is invited to join members of the Arcadia Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) at its meeting on Monday, January 9, 2012, to hear Elizabeth Amini, Founder and CEO of Anti-Aging Games, present a program on “Top Ten Tips to Keep Your Brain Young.”

The group meets at the Church of Good Shepherd’s Jordan Hall, 400 W. Duarte Rd., Arcadia (SW corner of Duarte Rd. and Holly Ave.). Socializing and refreshments begin at
6:30 p.m. with the program to follow at 7:00 p.m. The meeting is free, and ample parking is available in the church parking lot.

As part of her presentation, Amini will invite the audience to participate in games that stimulate the brain and sharpen memory and concentration. A major goal of these games is to reduce early memory loss. For more information about the program, please call Tamara Kato at (626) 375-6756 or Patricia Dietrich at (626) 446-8437.
