

A man was found dead in Monrovia and the circumstances of his death were under investigation, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported Sunday.
Monrovia police responded to a suspicious circumstances call at 10:40 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Olive Avenue and found a deceased adult male, according to the sheriff’s department.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and no additional information was available.
Authorities urged anyone with any information about the shooting to call the sheriff’s Homicide Bureau, 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips may be submitted via 800-222-8477 or lacrimestoppers.org.
