Man with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia reported missing in Pico Rivera

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department sought the public’s help Friday to find a 37-year-old man with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia who was last seen in Pico Rivera.

Christopher Robert Perez was last seen Tuesday in the 4500 block of Calico Avenue, near Rio Hondo Park, according to Deputy Veronica Fantom of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Perez is Hispanic, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and dark shorts, and was last seen in a white 1996 Jeep Cherokee with the California license plate 7HKG393.

Anyone with information on Perez’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
