One person was killed Tuesday in a single-vehicle crash in West Los Angeles.
Officers were called at 2:05 a.m. to the eastbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway near Manning Avenue, said Officer Patrick Kimball of the California Highway Patrol.
A Ford Mustang ended up in a ditch off the freeway and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash closed two lanes of the freeway for an unknown duration, Kimball said.
Kimball said the crash was under investigation.
No other details were immediately available.
