Authorities sought public help Thursday to find a man with dementia who was last seen in Beverly Hills boarding a Metro bus.
James Kostrach, 67, was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday near La Peer Drive and Olympic Boulevard, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
Kostrach was described as white, 5-feet-8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was wearing a blue-and-brown plaid shirt, blue jeans, black boots, and a tan cowboy hat.
According to police, the North Hollywood man was last seen entering a Metro Route 20 bus that was going toward Westwood.
Anyone knowing his whereabouts was urged to call police at 310-285- 2137 or 310-285-2125.
