Detectives Thursday appealed to the public for help locating a 33-year-old mentally ill woman last seen June 11.

Shanae Lanette Russell is a Los Angeles County resident and was last seen at 4:50 a.m. June 11 in the 4500 block of East Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach, said Deputy Miguel Meza of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Russell suffers from Schizoaffective and bipolar disorders and her family is concerned for her well-being, Meza said.

The sheriff’s department did not release her community of residence or the date she was reported missing.

Russell is described as Black, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and straight black hair.

Anyone with information was asked to call detectives at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
