Police were investigating the death of a female who was found in Woodland Hills Monday.
The victim was found dead in the 21800 block of Oxnard Street, near Topanga Canyon Boulevard, at about 5:50 p.m., according to Officer Tony Im of the Los Angeles Police Department Media Relations Division.
The victim’s name and age was not immediately released.
It was not immediately known how she died, though a preliminary investigation suggested she may have jumped from the top of a nearby building, Im said.
