The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department sought the public’s help Monday evening locating a missing Los Angeles County man last seen last week in the Long Beach area.

48-year-old Jason Neville Prescod, also known as JP, was last seen around 10 a.m. on May 25 in the Long Beach area. He is a black man, 6’1″, 150 lbs with brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt and blue jeans.

He drives a grey 2013 Toyota Camry. His CA License plate number is 7ZRF075.

The Prescod family has expressed concern for Jason’s wellbeing, according to LASD.

“Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit at (323) 890-5500,” read a post from LASD Deputy Sheriff Eva Jimenez.

To issue an anonymous tip, call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477) or use their website, lacrimestoppers.org.
