

A steady rush of water slowed down traffic during rush hour on Hollywood Boulevard near Gardner Street Friday.
As of 4:30 p.m., water continued to steadily flow southbound on Gardner Street across Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. About two inches of water was pooling at the intersection, causing backups going both eastbound and westbound.
At the time of this publication, the Los Angeles Fire Department had not publicly posted any incident details. Fire Department crews were spotted responding near the intersection of Franklin Avenue and North Gardner Street.
Water was also seen steadily flowing from the stairs of an apartment complex on the northwest corner of Gardner and Hollywood.
