Sheriff’s detectives today asked for the public’s help locating a 17-year-old boy who went missing from the View Park-Windsor Hills area.

Douglas Rodriguez Flores, also known as Douglas Rodriguez Rivera, was last seen about 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the 5300 block of Angeles Vista Boulevard, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a black shirt with an American flag and black pants, Koerner said. Spanish is his primary language. He may have been going to Boyle Heights.

Anyone with information on the teen’s whereabouts was asked to call detectives at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
