Saturday afternoon, firefighters airlifted an injured 36-year-old woman from a Pacific Palisades hiking trail to a hospital.
The incident was reported at 1:48 p.m. in the 500 block of North Los Liones Drive, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Nicholas Prange.
The nature of the woman’s injuries and her condition were not available.
It was the second airlift within an hour from Pacific Palisades. At 1:04 p.m., a man was airlifted to a hospital from the area of the Sullivan Fire Road and Mulholland Drive following a mountain biking accident.
