Arcadia PD Searching for At-Risk Missing Person

The Arcadia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating an at-risk missing person. Steven Ellington was last seen at approximately 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Ellington was in the area of 6th Street and Alameda Street, in the City of Los Angeles. Neighboring law enforcement agencies and hospitals were contacted, and Ellington has not yet been located. Ellington’s family believes he may still be in the Los Angeles area. He has a cognitive disability and he may not be able to identify himself or return home on his own.

Heis 59 years old, African American, 5-foot-4 and weighs 160 pounds. Ellingtonhas short black hair, dark brown eyes, and he was last seen wearing a white t-shirt,light-colored sweatpants, a black baseball cap, and black shoes.
