At10:48 p.m., an officer responded to the parking lot of Westfield Santa Anita,400 S. Baldwin Ave., regarding a male subject asleep in his car, refusing toleave. Upon contacting the 55-year-old male from Monrovia, the officer noticedsymptoms of alcohol intoxication and determined the subject was unable to carefor himself. He was arrested and transported to the Arcadia City Jail forbooking.

At10:27 a.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Fairview Avenue, regarding thereport of a female lying on the ground. Officers contacted the female whodisplayed symptoms of alcohol intoxication. The officers determined that she wasunable to care for herself. The 49-year-old female from Arcadia was arrestedand transported to the Arcadia City Jail for booking.
At12:19 p.m., officers responded to the area of Sunset Boulevard and FairviewAvenue regarding a domestic dispute. The suspect and his domestic partner hadbeen arguing about their relationship when the suspect sprayed the victim withpepper spray. The 22-year-old male from San Gabriel was arrested andtransported to the Arcadia City Jail for booking.
At11:23 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for committing unsafelane changes near the intersection of Baldwin Avenue and Duarte Road. The officercontacted the driver and discovered that he had been driving with an expired driver’slicense. Further investigation revealed the driver was in possession of stolen bankaccount information and personal identifying information belonging to multiplevictims. The 41-year-old male from Arcadia was arrested and transported to theArcadia City Jail for booking.
At11:29 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 2300 block of South SecondAvenue regarding the report of several gunshots heard in the area. The residentheard the shots and located a bullet hole in her window. No one was injured. Nosuspects were seen, and no witnesses were located. The investigation isongoing.

At06:00 a.m., an officer responded to Brandon’s Landscape, 40 E. Foothill Blvd.,regarding a burglary report. Unknown suspects forced entry into locked storagecontainers and stole over $15,000 worth of landscaping equipment. It was alsodiscovered that a catalytic converter was stolen from a commercial truck. Theinvestigation is ongoing.
At7:11 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of Ellen Way regardinga fraud report. The elderly victim received a telephone call from an unknown suspectwho claimed to be a public defender for her grandson. He claimed that hergrandson had been arrested, then requested $9,500 to bail him out. The victimagreed to pay, the suspect drove to the victim’s home, where he retrieved themoney and left. Shortly after the report was made to the police department, thesuspect called the victim requesting more money. He arrived at her home toretrieve the money and officers apprehended him. The 25-year-old male from Irvinewas arrested and transported to the Arcadia City Jail for booking.

At9:31 p.m., an officer responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Canyon Roadregarding a theft report. The victim claimed his car key was stolen by his roommate.An investigation revealed the roommate was upset because the victim had notpaid his rent in several months and he refused to leave. The key was locatedand returned to the victim. The 51-year-old female from Arcadia was issued acitation.

At6:27 a.m., officers responded to Arcadia Chinese Baptist Church, 100 W. DuarteRoad, regarding a male subject seen trespassing at the location. Officerscontacted the subject who was found sleeping behind the building. The 41-year-oldmale from Pasadena was issued a citation.
At11:45 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 2400 block of South SixthAvenue regarding a burglary. Unknown suspects forced entry into the home by smashinga bathroom window. The suspects left the location and returned in a truck tosteal a horse trailer. The investigation is ongoing.

At2:15 p.m., an officer responded to a residence in the300 block of Santa Rosa Road regarding a male subject seen in the rear yard. Thesubject ran off after he realized that he had been seen by the resident. Officerslocated the subject and discovered that he was in possession of heroin,methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. The subject also had an outstandingwarrant for his arrest. The 29-year-old male from El Monte was arrested andtransported to the Arcadia City Jail for booking.

At2:52 a.m., an officer responded to the Residence Inn, 321 E. Huntington Drive,regarding a male subject sleeping in a vehicle. The officer contacted thesubject and noticed drugs in plain sight, inside of the vehicle. The subjectwas found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The36-year-old male from La Verne was arrested and transported to the Arcadia CityJail for booking.
At7:34 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration,near the intersection of Huntington Drive and Gateway Drive. An investigationrevealed the driver had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The 32-year-oldmale from Victorville was arrested and transported to the Arcadia City Jail forbooking.
At3:52 p.m., an officer responded to Macy’s, 400 S. Baldwin Ave., regarding a shopliftingreport. A loss prevention specialist witnessed the suspect conceal numerousitems inside her handbag before exiting the store without paying. The 60-year-oldfemale from San Gabriel was arrested and transported to the Arcadia City Jailfor booking.
