
An 18-year-old former Arcadia High School student has been arrested in connection with the Arcadia Police Department’s ongoing investigation into allegations of sexual assault and exploitation involving current and present alumni of the school.
According to the Police Department, Arcadian Dylan Chan was arrested Tuesday afternoon at approximately 2 p.m. on suspicion of using a minor for sex acts, sexual exploitation of a child, distribution or possession of child pornography and possession or control of child pornography.
Chan’s arrest followed a search warrant served at his house on Wednesday, June 24.
Chan is currently being held and booked at the Arcadia City Jail.
The investigation into sexual assault allegations at the high school was first announced last week.
