In this class you will learn to make several versatile French pastry components which you will then use to make a gorgeous French fruit tart, and double Chocolate ganache swirled raspberry tart. Featured on the program will be a clarinet quartet with Marisa Sakaguchi on violin, Kim Ruys de Perez on cello, Emily Denney on clarinet, and Tomoko Takasugi on piano. Soprano Virginia D’Auria will sing eight songs by Robert Schumann, and the program will close with pianist Katerina Lynch playing “Pictures at an Exhibition” by Mussorgsky, and a work composed by the pianist.
