Centerplate, the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Pasadena Convention Center and Pasadena Civic Auditorium, announced Friday that it will once again prepare up to 300 turkeys to support Union Station Homeless Services Dinner in the Park on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place at Pasadena Central Park and feeds over a thousand people thanks to the help of volunteers and generous key partners.

“Over the past five years, it has been an honor for the Pasadena Convention Center and Centerplate to donate resources in order to help make Union Station Homeless Services Dinner in the Park a success,” said Michael Ross, CEO of the Pasadena Center Operating Company. “We are grateful for the services and meals they offer and are pleased to participate, for the sixth time, in such a giving cause.”

Taking place Nov. 25-26, this year’s turkey prep will be led by Jon Dubrick, Centerplate’s new regional executive chef who oversees the creation of food offerings at the convention center and civic auditorium.
