Andy Bencosme, Managing Broker of CENTURY 21 Village in Sierra Madre recently welcomed Lizeth Delgado to his office. The announcement was made at the office’s weekly marketing and sales meeting.
Lizeth Delgado is a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR who has lived in the San Gabriel Valley for over 40 years and has knowledge of many neighborhoods in this area. She is bilingual, being fluent in Spanish. She is also a certified shorthand reporter with over 25 years of experience in the court reporting field and has worked for the Los Angeles County Courts since 1993.
Bencosme said he hired Lizeth because “she is professional, compassionate, ambitious, and honest! All traits I look for when adding a new agent.”
Lizeth is happily married with two children. With the encouragement of her family, she has enthusiastically entered the field of real estate. Her goal is to help both buyers and sellers in their real estate endeavors.
In her spare time, Lizeth likes volunteering at her children’s school, going camping, and spending time with her friends. She genuinely believes that success is built on commitment and hard work.
