Two Pasadena Men Arrested for Attempted Murder

Two men are now in custody after being identified as the suspects responsible for a shooting earlier this month.

On March 3, police responded to a “multiple shots fired” call on Los Robles. Detectives found a woman down suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Now, two young men are in custody charged with attempted murder.

The on-going investigation culminated in the serving of multiple search warrants in the area as well as the identification and arrest of both suspects on Friday March 23, 2018. Interim Chief John E. Perez stated, “We continue to use our resources, expertise and partnerships, in collaboration with the public, to safeguard our local community.”

The suspects are identified as Khy Charles, male adult, 21 years old, Pasadena resident, and Davian Thomas, male adult, 23 years old, Pasadena resident. The case was presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, and the following charges were filed against both suspects.

– 1 count of attempt murder with gun allegations was filed on Khy Charles with bail set at $2,040,000.

– 1 count of attempt murder with gun allegations was filed on Davian Thomas with bail set at $2,040,000.
