Feb. 13

At about 7:15 p.m. officers responded to a report of a non-injury traffic accident in the 100 block of W. Sierra Madre Blvd.

Feb. 15

A report of a man down at Grandview Ave. and Baldwin Ave. was reported at about 1:10 p.m. The Sierra Madre Fire Department transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.

Feb. 16

A resident in the 100 block of E. Montecito Ave. reported that packages she was expecting were apparently taken by unknown person(s). The resident was told by the shipping companies that the packages were signed for with a name that the resident did not recognize.

Feb. 18

A hit and run accident was reported in the 200 block of E. Laurel Ave. A witness stated that a vehicle backed out of a driveway and struck a vehicle that was legally parked directly south of the driveway and left the scene without leaving a note.

3:55 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 00 block of Esperanza Ave. for a reported case of grand theft. The victim reported that sometime between 1/18/18 and 1/30/18 several pieces of valuable jewelry was removed from her home by unknown person(s).
