Green Street Village Pasadena Presents “Jazz On Green”

Newly designated Landmark District, Green Street Village (GSV), will host its “Jazz on Green” event on Thursday, June 8 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. GSV is located on beautiful East Green Street, just east of Lake Ave. and the South Lake Shopping District of Pasadena. The “Jazz on Green” event will offer live jazz music, Champagne, a jewelry trunk show, and Special Discounts.

Participating Merchants

High Low Vintage will have live jazz from 7 – 10 p.m. from the California College of Music located right here in Pasadena. Special discounts and treats too.
Madeline Garden will have live jazz from the CCM music from Grove Combo on their Historic Front Court from 8 – 10 p.m.
Walker / Viden Luxury Consignment will have a trunk show from Stone Symbol jewelry with designer Dorianna Richman and live jazz by Uros, from 7 – 10 p.m., wine, hors d’oeuvres plus a special flash sale.
Century Books will have live jazz music by Krys Mach from 6:15 –10 p.m. and a special in-store event with giveaways.
Gallery 30 South –Surprise musical guest and exhibition.

California College of Music will provide musical performances which will include Tomoya Iwaki (bass), Soichiro Tanabe (drums), Daniel Brummel (piano) and Manisha Wanniappa (voice) at HighLow Vintage, Uros (guitar) at Walker/Viden, as well as the CCM Groove Ensemble under the direction of Craig Pilo at Madeline Garden.

Talented student and faculty performers from our institution will include Uros (guitar) at Walker/Viden from 7-10pm, Tomoya Iwaki (bass), Soichiro Tanabe (drums), Daniel Brummel (piano) and Manisha Wanniappa (voice) at HighLow Vintage from 7-10pm, as well as the CCM Groove Ensemble under the direction of Craig Pilo at Madeline Garden at 8pm. Green Street Village Landmark District is a fantastic newly established addition to the vibrant community of arts and culture here in Pasadena, and California College of Music is proud to participate in their first musical event!” said Daniel Brummel, M.M., Dean & Chief Academic Officer, California College of Music.
