In order to help keep everyone informed about the street construction getting underway this fall as part of the Monrovia Renewal project, the city has developed a quick reference guide of what residents, businesses, and property owners can expect to see while these critical repairs occur. This overview will be included as an insert in your next utility bill, arriving late October / early November, however, as a preview, an advance copy of the mailer insert has been included as an attachment to this email for your reference and review!
As you can see from the utility bill insert, the document provides a quick overview of the repairs that are taking place as part of the first phase of the Monrovia Renewal project (the southwest and southeast sections, which are bordered to the north by Colorado Boulevard, to the south by the I-210 Freeway, and extend east and west to the City boundaries).
