There are several new programs at the Monrovia Public Library. Among other things, books can now be renewed online, job placement assistance is available, and it is possible to get creative with Legos every Saturday in September.

In order to renew books online or even check renewal date of books you have already checked out, you will need to register your cell phone number with the library. After your number is registered, text commands to (626) 531-1446, in order to access the system.

The library has a new program to assist those searching for jobs. It is called Brainfuse JobNow. The program will provide help with resumes, live interview coaching, and more. To access the program, those wishing to participate need a Monrovia Library Card.

Lego My Library is another new program. This opportunity to be creative with Lego bricks will be offered every Saturday in September through Sept. 24, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the library story room.
