Bartlett – The Peoples’ Mayor

Put this idea and all the paperwork that goes along with it in an Athens dumpster. Bob Bartlett became Monrovia’ s first “Peoples’ Mayor” for a reason. When he got elected he secured “leadership” in a city in its death spiral. Prior to Mayor Bartlett, our city council(s) spent years in-fighting. Nothing got done. Don’t just trust or mistrust what I’ve said … ask some of the old-timers around town.
