Everyone is invited to join the free community festivities on Sunday, June 28, from 1 to 4 p.m. as Pasadena Museum of History and the City of Pasadena present Happy Birthday Pasadena: Forward Motion! View fascinating cars, bicycles and other vehicles that were innovative for their time – both a century ago and today. Dignitaries will be on hand to cut the cake, marking Pasadena’s 129th year since incorporation.
Purchase tickets to win a fabulous raffle basket; proceeds benefit the Museum. Explore companion exhibitions When Johnny Came Marching West: How the Civil War Shaped Pasadena and Thaddeus Lowe: Chief Aeronaut of the Union Army. Enjoy a slice of complimentary birthday cake, entertainment and a craft workshop.
