Arcadia High Grad Places Fifth in the Nation in the National Chemistry Olympiad

After a two week study camp at the US Air Force Base in Colorado, Arcadia High Senior (now graduate) “Ray” Rueih Sheng Fu placed fifth in the nation in the National Chemistry Olympiad Competition and will serve as an alternate for the USA Chemistry Olympiad Team. Team USA will be competing in the International Chemistry Olympiad in Azerbaijan in July. Ray is a very accomplished student. He was a 4.0 GPA student receiving an A or A+ in all 48 of his high school classes. He was in the Latin Club and Chemistry Olympiad and will be attending the University of California at Berkeley in the fall.
