As part of Pasadena’s ongoing Water Centennial Celebration this month, Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) has partnered with the Arroyo Seco Foundation to produce a panel discussion on the future of water in Pasadena and California.

Industry leaders will come together for this free public event to address the unique supply challenges and opportunities facing the region. Specific topics will include: the future of the Bay Delta and the Colorado River; integrated planning, storm water capture and new technology in the new age; water as a global challenge and how Pasadena fits in; and finally, a look at Pasadena’s water policy perspective. Moderated by Ann Erdman.

This panel discussion will be the first of a two-part series this month. On Tuesday, November 27th water industry experts will provide a look into the City’s rich water history during a second panel discussion titled: “Pasadena’s Century of Influence in Water Works.” 7pm-8:30pm at the Pasadena Central Library.

Phyllis Currie, Pasadena Water & Power General Manager
