Third Row Seat, GPS Thefts in San Gabriel Valley

There has been a recent rash of vehicle burglaries involving the theft of “third row seats” from popular sport Utility Vehicles. There have been thefts of portable navigation devices from the vehicles too.
These burglaries have been reported across the San Gabriel Valley from Duarte to South El Monte. The thefts have occurred from residences, store parking lots, and a church parking lot.
Target vehicles are Tahoe, Suburban, and Escalade models. Be sure to properly secure your vehicles in a safe parking area, and remain watchful of persons around such vehicles.
