Two men suspected of kicking the head of another motorist in a videotaped road rage incident are being prosecuted by Los Angeles County.

A twist to the story is added as the beating victim was also charged with involvement in an incident last month in another city.
Patterson was arrested without incident Friday at his home in Altadena on an outstanding warrant for suspicion of DUI, hit and run and assault in a May 25 incident in Long Beach.

Patterson will appear in court in Los Angeles in July.
